Support

For over three decades, PFLAG Dayton has provided support to LGBTQ+ individuals, their families, and allies who are in need, through peer-to-peer meetings, and online outreach. PFLAG Dayton also offers a huge variety of resources and programs that provide support for those in need. If you are in need of support, please join us for one of the meetings below, our monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of every month or join our private Facebook support network.

Parents and family members often feel a flood of emotions when their child comes out to them or when their child experiences discrimination for being authentic. Join the parent support group on the 4th Thursday of the month at the Dayton Children’s Connor Pavilion just down the street from the Main Dayton Children’s hospital. Children (7th to 12th grade) are welcome to attend, parents meet together in one space with a facilitator while children meet in another space with trained facilitators.

December's Meeting will be December 14th, due to the holidays!

Starting in January 2024, PFLAG Dayton will start offering Virtual Check-Ins on the 3rd Wednesday of each month! These check-ins are for any member of our PFLAG community who would like to connect between meetings!

These check-ins will be offered through zoom. If you would like to join our next meeting via Zoom, you must be part of our email list. To join that list, simply click the button below and submit a message to us. Make sure to tell us the name you will be using in Zoom and we will email you the link to the meeting before the meeting. We must have your name to recognize you and admit you to the Zoom room.

If you need directions for using Zoom, please add that to the contact message.
